A Double Ipa Night At Five Islands

Oh, by the way......

The Five Islands Brewing Co. is having possibly the first Double IPA night
in Australia - Thursday 18th November, at the brewery, WIN Entertainment
Center, Wollongong, NSW.

We will be serving for 1 night only our normal IPA, the Shark Oil
(44IBUs), and 2 similar DIPAs: the HammerHead (90 IBUs) and a HammerHead
through a Randall, to boost the hop character even more.

Brews start pouring at about 6.30pm, and we are open until approx.
midnight, or there of.

Please tell one and all, come along, there will be another 8 of our other
brews on tap aswell.

Would love to come along, but getting to Wollongong is one challenge, let alone on a school night with Double IPA's and a Randal on offer.
You'll have to take lots of pics Ray so I can imagine I was there.

Thanks for the tip Barry. Is that your experience from the NSW Champs ?

And it would be another train and a bus for me from Central too. So on a school night it just isn't going to happen

Yes, it was the first day of the comp. I had a great time but leaving home at 6.15am and getting home at 11.15pm made it a long day. And no I didn't stay around for drinks after the judging though I should have given the wait for the train. I would do it all again but not on a school night.
