60 Litre Fermenters Cheap?

i'll probably just head into the above mentioned stores next weekend...

but does anyone know if they stock a 60L drum suitable for fermenting? i know i can get one from the LHBS but well, i'm a tight arse!

any ideas?

I thought they were a rip for $70 bucks. Can get two 30's for $30 from bunnings most days.

Camping stores should have them pretty cheap. I was in a big, chain store (possibly BCF) a few weeks ago and saw the 60lt ones for $30.

I bought mine at anaconda. $27. BAM!

BCF here dont stock them from memory and if they did it wouldnt be $30 as there 25lt ones are about $20 or so. yeah seen anaconda has them but I was in QLD bit hard to bring on the plane lol no stores near here . well I think gosford has one but thats 45+min away

I know already contacted them and got prices. but no use for someone in Adelaide. I still trying to save for a filter first thats been going for 4 months and a pot to do full volume is before a fermenter so might have one by next year some time
