Yep thats them. I grabbed one at lunch today in Baulkham Hill Sydney.
They had about 10x40Ls left.

How hard is it to make a hole?

Received and used mine yesterday for a BBQ.

Loaded it with bottles of Blonde filled back in October and to my surprise they were almost all there this morning...once I tasted one I knew why

Got a couple of newly emptied kegs now though...the brown ale was really popular

How hard is it to make a hole?

Not too hard. I just drill through until i'm pretty close to the diameter I want and then gently file. Be careful not to split the plastic on the inside. An esky with a tap is more convenient, but not that much more convenient.
