I've had this unit for the past year but due to trying to keep temp control over winter always went back to drum buckets with heater belts for brewing in winter
If you have one of these fermenters what I've found and only did this yesterday If you undo the top bolts on 2 legs slide in a heater belt and just nip up the bolts your brew will keep nice and warm
Due to the thickness of the side walls because they are pretty thick compared to a bucket & being freezing cold in Perth i just put belt on Got home from work today put probe in thermo port and its reading at 25c Now have temp controller set for 21c
So if you have one so far all good
Cheers
