Hey guys,
Still green as grass at this whole brewing thing, but figured I'd throw this one out there to smarter people than I.
I'm attempting a barrel aged chocolate stout. Looking to ramp the crap out the the alcohol content, and letting it age and smooth out in the barrel.
Regardless, it's a very small barrel, and the here'll mostly be gifts for Christmas. I'd rather divide it up into smaller amounts, is it possible to bottle in a 200-250ml milk bottle? (With the lids, can get the from Kmart etc) or is the airlock not tight enough on those twist caps? Would hate to lose all the time put into the brew,
Please advise,
J.
