just checked reading came up as 20 is that 1020 i said 2 before got a bit side drifted
still a fair bit off i guess to 1010?

Yes it would be 1020, whats the brew, yeast, ferment temp, OG????????

May not get to 1010...

tooheys improved from coles yes iam a beginner i guess it would be normal yeast for "cheap buy it in a tin"

Just as long as you get the same reading over 3 consecutive days, then it should be safe.... ;)

Buy a sachet of S-05 rehydrate mix with a litre of wort, when actively fermenting, add to the wort. Then make sure the beer is not in a place where night time temps will drop below 16 that could ferment it out a bit more.
