2 kids low time Pale Ale

Hey guys,

Im an old all grain brewer but with 2 small kids I dont have the time right now to do a proper brew. On a work call someone was saying that he is getting good results with an extact can some DME and doing a 60 min boil.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a Pale? 95% of my beers were a 60 min bittering hop and whirlpool and dry hop so if that will work happy to add that.

Thinking coopers can, 1kg of DME and maybe 30g Amarillo whirlpool and 50 dry hop with US05.

any recommendations appreciated.

Yeah, would make a nicely drinkable beer. Not sure why you'd need a 60 minute boil with a can, but I'm willing to be educated.
Assume the dry hop will be with some other hop, such as Cascade etc, and the US05 is clearly the yeast.

I've done this many times with good results. But I've never done the 60min boil, instead I started with 25lt of boiling water.

What is the point of wasting 60 minutes of an energy source for a can and dme? Dry hop. Hang on, I'm on a work call.
