ok so now i have a brew pot what do i need to buy, what is good to start, with how much water
i usually brew coopers draught and lager please give some ideas

What do you want to brew, volume-wise, and what style of brewing ?

For extract brewing, that's all you need.

For a multi-vessel HERMS system, there's two or three other bits you will need :p

For any system in between... well, it would help if you told us what you hope to achieve.

Are your serious NickJD has put in a lot of time with his 19L pot thread.

If it was your first thread I would say search but????

As the others have said see nick's threads. very helpful. i have made many brews in a 19l pot. also do a search for "maxi biab".

good luck!

Or you could hook up with some locals and chat about it in person.....

me with that gear...Id steep some speciality grain, add some liquid malt to it, boil some hops and aim for around the 15litre mark just to give you space for a boil over...

thanks guys i know id seen something about it on here before but couldnt find it this time

im having dramas with my internet not doing what i want it to do the past few days

i think i have it sorted now bloody firefox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
