    Efficiency Problem

I have put down 7 AG brews and 5 of them have all been around the 68% mark, in one I had a bit of wheat and only got 62% and the other day I did a half and half and I only got 55%. So my question is does wheat malt effect efficiency or is it just a coincidence that my two lower yields had wheat...

    Wyeast In The Mail

I'm going to step up from dryed yeast to a liquid and my local HBS is G&G and their wyeast is $15. I've been looking on Craftbrewers and their yeast is less than ten. So my question is, has anyone had any trouble with having their yeast sent by mail.

Im setting up a mashtun for my first attempt at an all grain this weekend (or the next depending on if I go watch the blue baggers smash the pies). :P I've got a coleman 44lt esky doing stuff all so i am thinking i'll drill a hole for some 1/2" thread and a ball valve some washers and locknuts...

    Wort Chiller Soldered Joints

I want to make a copper wort chiller, and instead of buying a 18m roll of 15mm soft copper for $120, Ive got quite a few 1-3m lenghts left over in the shed. If I expand and solder about 10m can I use normal silver solder (5%). Look Forward To Your Replies. Horner

    S-23

I have a packet of s-23 that I am thinking of using in my first attempt at a lager. I'm going to brew a honey pils that I will ferment at 12c, but i've only got a bar fridge that is used for drinks, so i was going to regulate that fridge at 4c and lager for 4 weeks. Will this temp be too low...
