Nice work hawko, I am almost finished making my 'Electric Brewery' too, very similar setup except for the control panel, mine is more of a budget version compared to yours, no bells or whistles!! Have you got to test it out yet?

I use black 3/8" poly pipe used for instrumentation type stuff, abit overkill but thats all I could get my hands on at the time :P

I think you answered your own question there, those larger diameter sections wont be helping one bit. Have you done that for all four taps? and are they pouring the same?

if your going to do a mash out, you might want to have your water at boiling for the first bit. I need about 8-10lt of boiling water to get my mash up to 75c. cheers :beer: John

If your feeling confident, I know clipsal plugs come with pretty clear instructions on the inside of the packet on how to fit the plugs, I know the plugs themselves are pretty well labelled, pretty hard to stuff up the wiring!! John

SJW, think of the wiring as a circle, take one wire from your power pack and go to the centre post of your switch, then from the other post on your switch go to the centre post of your pot, then attach one wire from your fan to one of the outer posts of your pot, and finally join the second wire...

written on the label is "Brewed with the finest munich malts and imported saaz hops" but how much would be anybody's guess!! I dont drink this beer but it somehow ended up in my beer fridge!!! :)
