I forgot to mention that I would leave both lines (disconnects) to the gas line and just leave the inactive line just hanging there waiting to be used next time. And of course I will need to re-clamp the beer line to the gun each time I switch over. I imagine thats about it.

Hi Ross, I did a yellow pages search on Quality homebrew @ Underwood and located their website. Quality Home Brew I will phone them tomorrow to place an order, and also get the name of the essence and list it here in this thread. Ill let you know how it turns out.
