Ended up with more Lager & Pilsner Malt than i really need. What do you reckon on the outcome substituting my usual Pale Malt with Lager Malt and tweaking the profile with a bit extra Crystal, Light and Dark?? Anyone done anything similar or am I finally going mad! Cheers Mike
