F/S: Fridge - Mitam 3132 make an offer

Unfortunately this shed ain't big enough for the both of us.... Great brew fridge, door cut out so it can take 2 fermentors. Works great as a cold beer fridge too. Make an offer? Or just come pick it up. Delivery can be arranged for a fee. Mitcham 3132 vic

    Jockey (miracle) Box

Cheers mate. That type of chill place looks to be the way to go. Should be able to chuck it in the bottom of the eski, and still fill the rest of it with cans (and a little food) rather than getting a second eski. Now to track one down!

    Jockey (miracle) Box

I have read some past threads on this...but there doesnt seem to be anything recently... I am looking at building a jockey box and trying to figure out the best way to go. I have priced two stainless coils for about $300 for both...Then you have the cost of taps, eski and fittings (maybe...

Getting Fridge To Run Lower Temps.

    Inexpensive Starter Home Brew Kit

Im sure there will be people that do not agree with me....But instead of a hydrometer to see if brewing is finished, i used to just push down on the fermentor to expel gas untill the water in the airlock neutralised and was the same in both sections....And then if the water had pushed back to...

    Chill Haze

Another method to consider is filtering the beer with a 1micron filter. Im told that 1 micron still leaves enough yeast for bottle fermentation.

    Brewing "myth-busting"

Fantastic idea. I would be keen to see the difference between the kit yeast and a premium yeast! Also perhaps test the difference in clarity through racking, crash chilling etc. I have 5 fermenters at the moment....but i dont think i can spare any of them for tests! haha B)

    To Tig Or To Mig?

Gas-less MIG is comprable to using sucrose in a brew...Just DON'T do it! TIG is the way...but not really feasable for home....Try a proper MIG set up with the correct wire. Just watch which gas you use...We have different gases for stainless, alluminium and steel.

    Help With House Brew

Whoops, think i took a little bit too long thinking about my reply! Thanks keifer! Should i steep the carapils in just plain water or with some LDME? So i guess just steep it then throw it in the fermentor with everything else before pitching.
