I have no chilled for years. Best way to get more aroma is to pour off 2 litres of a batch into a saucepan on the day you will pitch the yeast and reboil the worth then add the aroma hops to the saucepan. Boil for a few minutes then dump it into the fermenter. The litre hot wort won't increase...

Hi all, just kegged a bipa and the yeast character hasn't come through anywhere near as much as I hoped. Used white labs belgian strong ale ferm at 24c. I racked on top of a yeast cake from a previous batch, was their too much yeast? Cheers

no equivalent though the london 1968 has nice fruity esters that are similar. though that is subjective.

great idea!! easy to tell which is which during harvest too!! great for privacy!! Don't think you will need to worry about it bowing though. plus hops in buckets is a great idea too. dont have to worry about the spread. my rhizomes have spread over 2 meters in 2 years each.
