Quick question guys, i was wondering what is the best way to pitch a dry yeast pack. For years i have just sprinked mine on the top of the wort,just wondering if it is better or any advantage to stir it in,before pitching i always give a good stir to airate. Would like to hear how other people...

Hi Guys. Yesterday i scored 8 plastic containers (15 and 20ltrs) Be perfect for cubes. But i have just noticed that a few of them have had some type of oven cleaner in them, is it best to just ditch them or can they be cleaned for use ? Cheers

Just had first few of my fresh wort kit (brew Cellar fresh wort, little cove draught) Must say its a cracker. Cant believe how diff it is to a k&k, in fact one of the best brews to date ! Looks like shit in the glass but the taste is there :) Exspensive way to brew but i will be doing another...
