lol, i'm not the keen to brew :P seth, good call on the wheat beer. might have to look at that. was going to chuck down a quick ale and maybe try the ol german ale yeast out. can't wait to have a crack with the temp controlled fridge

hi all, yeah thankfully she went south of darwin and run out of steam/puff really fast over land. we did however have a nice "cool" day with light rain. thanks to all.

i think these cyclones don't like us brewers. looks like ol monica has it in for darwin as well. hold tight big d. best be cleaning up my brewing stuff as well. good luck to all that might be effected.

you could try steeping the choc or roast malt and adding that to the esb stout maybe steep the crystal and add to the bitter, make it kinda like the malt shovel amber ale also could dry hop using either of the hops.
