Help Me Work Out A Recipe

Ok Guys I want to make my last 2 kit based batches with the ingredients that I have on hand. After Xmas Im going AG :beerbang:

After suggestions on using the following.

1 x 3kg ESB Stout Kit
1 x 3kg ESB Bitter Kit

500g Choc Malt
500g Roast Malt
250g Med Crystal Malt
400g Dried Wheat Malt Extract

100g Willamette 4.9%
80g Ek Golding 5.02%

3 x Safale s-04


ps: Got a new serving fridge yesterday !!! can hold 4 kegs no worries !!! so stoked.

Oh and I have 1kg of Dextrose aswell

Make the 2 ESB kits as is, save the rest for when your doing AG, always good to have extras on hand.

Have made esb kit buy themselves before, tastes like water.

Anyone else ?

you could try steeping the choc or roast malt and adding that to the esb stout

maybe steep the crystal and add to the bitter, make it kinda like the malt shovel amber ale


also could dry hop using either of the hops.
