Inverting / Bashing In Your Kettle's Base

I bashed my kettle once, but then I was faced with a court order. Now I have to persuade it gently

    Bohemian/euro Restaurant

No, Linz... haven't been there yet. I just don't get too excited these days when I see similar claims. Been shot by this too often in the past. Would like to hear from a far less skeptical individual than I if they do get there though. Cheers, TSD

    Primary Fermenting For 3 Months!

I had a strong scottish ale in primary for eleven weeks a few years back... ended up taking out first place for strong ales at the state championships. You never can tell until you taste it.

    Honey But No Honey

Interesting. From the information gleaned from this thread, I intend to make my next honey ale uing Marris Otter, a hefty honey dose, and German Ale yeast brewed at around 12C. I love the honey ale from Redoak, and whilst I am not necessarily trying to copy it, I would love to make a honey beer...

    A Beer Accompaniment

I used to erat raw chillies all the time when I was younger. I would have prefered sitting down to a good movie with a bag of chillies rather than popcorn or chips. I paid for it big time several years back when my guts finally rebelled. The first case of gastritis had me in hospital, hooked up...

    Sodastream Cylinder In The Fridge?

I take it your reason for wanting to keep the cylinder and reg inside the fridge is to keep the gauge away from little fingers? If this is the case you may want to check out the allbar brand regulators. They have a safety key which you can remove so that the pressure cannot be accidentally...

Alas, 1900 - 0700hrs shift on Friday, so the Redoak is out for me... and I've been sweating for an excuse to lose a few dollars there since my last visit a few months back. Oh well...

Kit Beer Bos At The Nationals

To me, it has always meant that the beer is a good representation of the style. I guess when it comes to people getting feedback from something they have created as part of their hobby, they want personal recognition - particularly those who work harder to achieve the same result. In this case I...

And if the prize is a vial of White Labs??? But then, there would be laws against that sort of thing :o

    Iron Brewer

I think something similar to the AHB case swaps would be the go, with each person who enters getting to taste the other entrants brews and giving feedback. Love the idea of a Brett. ingredient, DJR... but that may just be the Belgian-lover in me. Hell, this is an idea even I might be convinced...

Kit Beer Bos At The Nationals

And here I was thinking the reason was to stroke the ego's of a person who wants the world to know he is just as good as any professional brewer out there - better dammit! I've spent thousands of dollars on a fully automated, heat-exchanged, BMP operated, pump-driven, shiny penis extension, and...
