Interesting. From the information gleaned from this thread, I intend to make my next honey ale uing Marris Otter, a hefty honey dose, and German Ale yeast brewed at around 12C. I love the honey ale from Redoak, and whilst I am not necessarily trying to copy it, I would love to make a honey beer...

I think something similar to the AHB case swaps would be the go, with each person who enters getting to taste the other entrants brews and giving feedback. Love the idea of a Brett. ingredient, DJR... but that may just be the Belgian-lover in me. Hell, this is an idea even I might be convinced...
