    Treading water with K&K at the moment.. hanging to get into AG... but need to finish some home renos first. This is a Coopers Dark Ale with 500g of LDME and 1kg BE2. Filtered, kegged and force carbed this evening. US-05 at 18deg. (Edit yeast info)

    Noobie refractometer question: I understand how if you know your OG you can then take a reading of the femented wort, and using various tools/formulae, you can work out corrected FG. My question is... Can you take the reading after the beer is carbonated ?

    Happy with my current taps and not looking to replace them yet. Have no trouble balancing my system as is now... but yes... would like to tidy up the lines in my fridge. Just wanting to see if anyone thinks they are rubbish or a PITA.
