Hi all, I'm keen on making a American ipa fermented with only brettanomyces brux trios. I've found a little bit of information on this though it is still a very new style. Just wondering if there is anyone that could lend some advice. Cheers
I have no chilled for years. Best way to get more aroma is to pour off 2 litres of a batch into a saucepan on the day you will pitch the yeast and reboil the worth then add the aroma hops to the saucepan. Boil for a few minutes then dump it into the fermenter. The litre hot wort won't increase...
Hi all, just kegged a bipa and the yeast character hasn't come through anywhere near as much as I hoped. Used white labs belgian strong ale ferm at 24c. I racked on top of a yeast cake from a previous batch, was their too much yeast? Cheers
