just wondering if anyone has used one this size, i currently have 3x 25 litre and one 60 litre fermenter and have aquired a few more kegs. so i am now thinking along the lines of a "double" double batch,(k&k). i have seen some 200 litre ones around,not sure how to fit a tap to one this size...

morgans royal oak amber ale+ better amber ale(blend from lhbs at kambah) ,if thats any help. i do this one alot and find its pretty close, happy easter

basically, its just a matter of doubling your ingrediants, also be aware that its quite heavy when full,i do all mine on a table where it doesnt have to be moved

can you use aluminium pots for brewing?. i am gradually converting to the dark side and i am in the process of purchasing equiptment. i read alot about stainless steel, but not much about aluminium,is there a reason for this. gundaroo

yes for me, i use 10 teaspoons of white sugar for my cornies,and 20 teaspoons for my 50s, i fill and roll,purge headspace with a little co2,and leave.when i need to use them ,i move them carefully into the fridge and start drinking,first jug a little cloudy sometimes. have tried force...

i have a waterbed heater belt, with a thermostat, works very well as opposed to my heat pad,which seems to be erratic.

try the scrap metal guy in fyshwick,heaps of stainless in his yard,may be lucky enough to find one with all the goodies. or you may have to release the moths out of the wallet .
