just experimenting with carb levels guys.......i have had some very smooth dark ales with low carbonation which were great, but i want to try something a little more effervescent and bubbly with a wheat beer. i guess i might try 3 drops in the bottles and see........ anysuggestion?

Hi all, been wondering about using 3 or maybe 4 coopers drops in the plastic 740ml bottles. I usually use two with adequate carbonation, but i want to try getting a bit more fizzyness . have you tried this and what did it turn out like. some of the beers that i want to brew ask for 4 volumes...

ibu = 30.2 ebc = 68.4 og approx = 1052 fg approx = 1013 calculated 5.6 % in bottle.

Going to put this one down soon as a american brown ale type of beer. Morgans Iron Bark Dark Ale can Coopers Light malt can 500g Light Dry malt 200g medium crystal.... 30 min steep 15g Willamette.... 10 min boil 15g Fuggles..... 10 min boil so4 yeast 23 litres...

oops sorry I meant dme, so you recon: coopers dark ale 1kg dark dme 100g choc malt fuggles.or goldings hops dry hopped? would safale 04 yeast be good enough? any suggestions are apprieciated.
