Hi guys i have about 350g of Choc malt....ebc 600.
and Dark Crystal......ebc 240.
30g fuggles
s04 yeast
Already made a nice porter .....but i am after a lighter ale....maybe an amber beer or something to use up some ingredients.

Any you guys made a nice extract that you can recommend?

Brew a dark mild mate, you won't use all your dark grains but you wont regret it.

A Scottish Ale, but for that you really need the right yeast, I guess

I'm mildly inclined to say a mid strength dark ale of British origin

What's the recipe of your porter????

Hold the Fuggles and S-04 for next time, get some Cascade and Amarillo and US-05 yeast and make an American Porter.

Just an idea. Here's a shot of my US Porter.
