    Bavarian Weizen

I serve mine at 12psi too. Correct? Don't know and don't particularly care. It seems to work fine. I don't think it is a gassy beer anyway. The first glass out of the keg is interesting!

    Drsmurto's Golden - Misers Version.

Thanks ever so much....but no need, I have managed to claw the extra $ it will cost out of the stifes talons.:), Seriously it was just a thought as fiddling with the quantities in a brewing spreadsheet does'nt seem to make much difference to the outcome.

    Drsmurto's Golden - Misers Version.

Ha, don't panic I'm not that close to the gutter, actually the Mrs just said it's nothing to do with money, it's that you've (I've) got OCD and need everything neat and organised!! *Hmmmm Graham ponders and looks for Therapists in the white pages...........*

    Conditioning Methods When Using Kegs

I've only done carbing at serving pressure, so can't comment on that but, 2 week beer tastes better than 1 week! My brews are a bit cloudy, but you can't see anything in suspension more like a condensation on the class to look at. I havent done a beer that demands to be crystal clear yet anyway :)

    First Extract Brew

I do it like this (hope it's right!) When boiling put timer to 60 mins. Put hops in at what the timer says. ie. if the the hops say @45, when the timer reads 45 (to go) put them in.

    Storing Empty Kegs

I just clean with sodium perc. rinse and pour in a kettle of boiling water then close. The boiling water creates loads of pressure.
