I understand its generally not a recommended practice to step up dried yeast but with more malt than yeast in stock, I'm wondering if anyone has a successful protocol for spinning up BRY-97 on a stir plate ?

Many weeks later I still have no response to an enquiry for a 50lt Braumeister.
Google search shows braumeister.com.au , so I send 3 emails, no response.
No prizes for guessing who owns that domain !

A bit harsh getting the sack, a chat to discuss the companies policy would have been a better place to start BUT from an employers perspective( yes I do employ staff ) is there anything wrong with a company expecting 60 minutes work for an hours pay? :huh:
Drink their range regularly, the stonecutter is a malty beast best served not too cold on a not too hot day.

I know its a bit OT but how does no sparge work ? (still a partial brewer unsure of the mysteries of AG, idiosyncrasies of RIMS, HERMS)
