Lace from my latest APA, finished with a ton of D Saaz, Cascade and Amarillo. :icon_drunk:
 
Time to revive this thread.
This is from my Hobgoblin type Old Ale attempt, with way too much dark crystal/cara malts.
It's unbalanced, but I'm still enjoying it in my own way. I have since then brewed it again and halved the cara/crystal, and it's a much better beer.
However, if we don't experiment, we never learn.
