Have you every added coffee to a brew - I thought about putting this in as well but i donno if it will be too much?
 
Never tried the coffee thing but I haven't heard good things, apparently it can leave a bitter taste, but don't quote me on that. Coco is supposed to work well, but I can't say from experience. The tin of choc malt and if you choose to put the choc grain in as well should give you a nice choccy brew. Maybe try a 10 ltr test batch with some coffee in it?

Hi guys I thought I would add my porters recipe.

1.7kg Cascade chocolate mahogany porter
1kg Morgans master chocolate malt blend
1kg Dextrose and malt mix
8ml Liquorce esence

and 17.5L of water
