Just wondering what the lowest temp anyone has fermented with this yeast, I am at work and forgot I have left my fermented with no heating, fairly cold today 8c.
I've had it as low as 15, I see 14 thrown around some of these threads At 8 though your in trouble IMO, if the brew gets down that low, which it shouldn't if it's fermenting. When did you pitch the yeast? And is it visually fermenting?
