Hi, Brewed a Saison yesterday and pitched a 3711 at 20C late Sunday afternoon, its is bubbling away nicely.

My plan is to ramp the the temp up 2C per day to 24C and hold for two weeks or longer, till my FG gets to 1.010 or lower.

SG was 1.050 any feedback from 3711 users or anybody else would be great. :icon_cheers:

It will get below 1.010. I've gone as low as 1.002. Should be a great dry, lowish ABV beer for december drinking!

My batches usually get down to 1.004, often in 8 days. Good yeast, best if you can cold condition for a few weeks once kegged (I usually allow one month).

Eduit: Engrish

My plan is to let it run its coarse, a low finishing gravity will be great and I am planning to cold condition it before bottling.
Thanks for the impute. :icon_cheers:
