Anyone tried Wyeast 1768? Its a seasonal variety, my 1968 has been around a while and I have decided to retire it after this weekends brew. I have ordered one of these as its replacement so I am curious if anyone has any comments on it?
1768 English Special Bitter. Similar to 1968, slightly less flocculent. Produces light fruit ethanol aroma. Mild malt with a neutral soft finish. Very clean. Flocculation - high; apparent attenuation 68-72%. (64-72 F, 18-22 C)
