Are you sure you've got the right Franko there Pumpy. Sure he is not an imposter. I did not think there was anything that he would not put away with relish. Must admit though, my Chinese Boh.Pils, whilst drinkable (so you say) was not anywhere near the standard of the past. I will be bringing 400 gms of Chinese Saaz to the pizza meeting next Thursday to be given away free to any interested party.

Cheers, Hoges.

Aliens landed, took him away and did funny things with his private bits ....

Or its a conspiracy, its the government ...

Maybe he didn't like drinking Chinese hop flavored lolly-water?

pour a longneck off the tap...... take it down to a local homeless folk type person and if they spit it out..... dump the keg, sell the hops on ebay for 1c/kg and move on :)

Wolfy yeah them programs never work out

well we put a couple of bottles of Bundaburg Ginger beer cordial in it

and...........................................

LOL, nice Tony!

Not sure why! For me, the Saaz, whilst not the best hop ever, are OK as long as you don't overdo the late additions.

Brewed a CAP recently, which I'm drinking now, and It's a quaffable summer beer. Would be 3x better with Czech Saaz however!

Nick B there was a load of Chinese hops for a pilsner perhaps its Ok with a mild hopping regime

ps the ginger beer did not shape it up so much

I thought it was alright Pumpy
I've got mates that would have drunk it. If there's another keg, don't chuck it.

Will not use the recipe in my Pumpy inspired book. What has happened to the Craftbrewer podcaste?
