Amarillo (Love Golden ale but starting to get over this Hop very quickly)
Fuggles (This one surprises me from time to time grassy one batch bloody beautiful the next .. really wish i could figure out the secret to this one)
Saaz (Sucking down a single malt single Hop addition of this one atm.. its very quickly becoming a naughty favorite of mine)
Chinook (I have a feeling this is gonna be my new Golden ale hop if Fuggles doesnt beat it to death first)

Whitbread Goldings Variety .. never seen this one around .. England only ?

WGV
Bred in 1911, a Goldings relation and promoted for its flavour and disease resistant qualities. It provides a distinctive sweet fruit flavour similar to, but generally more pronounced than, Goldings. Best suited to pale ales, light bitters and wheat beers. It gives a mild, clean bitterness in traditional ales, and is sometimes used with good effect as a distinctive dry hop.

Alpha acid (range) 5.5 to 7.5%
Beta Acid (range) 2.0 to 2.7%
Ratio Alpha : Beta 2.8:1
Cohumulone (% of alpha) 34%
Total oils ml/100g (dry) 0.8 to 1.2

Brewing uses
Pellets Yes
Extracts Possibly
Kettle hop Yes
Dry hopping Yes
Essential Oil/Emulsion Yes

Sure I`ve read somewhere it`s more Fuggle than golding. Supurb hop, shame you blokes can`t get it.
