Humble apologies, but yours was the most erudite and succinct post to mention the hop!

If you knew me, you'd probably be aware I tend to post often with tongue planted firmly in cheek. Wasn't attempting to single anyone out.

EKG
Fuggles
Williamette
Cascade

Not enough to put up ALL i would have!

Can we have that on a pie chart please CB!

add summer saaz to mine after just tasting a sample of my spring ale.

Fuggles (way better than EKG - flame suit on)
Ahtanum
Super Alpha
NZ Pacifica
Cascade
Chinook

Easy...
Amarillo (Golden Ale)

Chinook + Cascade (Pigs Arse)

Nelson Sauvin (+ Cascade) (Fat F*ck)

EKG (Cause everyone needs a pommy hop)

Tettenang (More value than Hersbrucker or Hallertau)

Add those with about 3 yeasts (US-05, Nottingham and WLP300) and I'm set...

Ps: I know tht's 6, but I can't live with just 5

:icon_offtopic: For all those who give a flying about how I spelt it try the follow

Googled Brambling Cross

and/or

Google Bramling Cross

Gather I'm not the only dip shyte in the world to get it wrong.....

Could I also be corrected wether it Tettnang or Tettnanger and Hallertau or Hallertauer Spalt or Spalter.

I'd hate to "F" those up in public, in fear of hop pronunciation police might jump out some no descript folage somewhere.

Feel free to pick the butt crack out of my grammar and sentence construction and spelling too......

May b we shd spel like this speed txt, if evry1 did i will b tha king of spelling :D

On a serious note most people come here too talk about beer not for spelling lessons.

Cheers
