Highly recommend Sacred & Healing herbal beers, covers mead, rice beers etc etc. I have read my copy cover to cover a few times now over the years.

Sadly not too much other than the Rosemary Ale and a modified version of a mead. Always wanted to try brewing the stinging nettle beer, but always seem to be disorganized in summer when they have lots of young growth. Also wouldn't mind giving the dandelion beer a go but I think its one of those things you need to live near where alot of them grow to get enough for your brewday.

Its actually my second copy of the book, a f***wit flatmate from the past stole my first copy!

This book, The Homebrewers Garden, is pretty good, covers growing hops and malting as well as herbs for beers. Recipes in the back, extract and all grain versions. I've read it a few times, well worth it IMO.
