hey all,
I've got a batch of belgian wit in primary at the moment (5days) made from a coopers wheat kit, mix of DME + glucose, orange peel, coriander seeds and cultured hoegaarden yeast.
I read that belgian wit styles are best drank green/fresh. How fresh are we talking? Im thinking of bottling in a couple of days.
