Another favourite...Caparinha's - Brazilian drink thats basically lime wedges & sugar in a glass bashed with the handle of a wooden spoon(Or similar - for the highbrowers, it's called 'muddling') to extract the lime juice n oils from the skin, then add crushed ice and light or dark rum. A potent drink but very refreshing and a great beverage to sip on a balmy evening outside at sunset or under the stars.
