Surely that should have some kind of motor on it. Maybe a V8?
 
Have you done or are you going to do any mods to the inside?
 
Costs:
I had the wheelie bin so no cost there.
I found the drip tray (old camping grill) at the junk shop. $3
Plastic spindle for bottom tap $6
Chrome spray paint $15
Wheelie bin stickers $40 (I think)
I had all the other assorted bits.

Next step is to think more about inside thermal properties, but realistically, 2 or 3 bags of ice should do the trick for an October night party (which this has been built for). I do have an old wetsuit that may be up for a chop!

I will also add the second tap.
