Honorable mentions to 8 Wired for their Saison Sauvin and Coffee Brown and Renaisance for most of their brews, but Emmersons wins hands down for me. Their pilsener would one of my favourite beers (although I would sell my ass for a well made B Saaz Pils.) and the JP from a few years ago with the sour cherries was one of my beer drinking highlights (first visit to the Taphouse, sun out, Bad Religion concert after.....good times). Have not had a beer from there I've disagreed with.
