whats the most you have brewed in a day

just checking out to see how much can be brewed in a day at home,

yesterday i brewed 5 diffent beers for a total of 6 cubes
started at 5.33am and was all done by 3.04pm total 9h 31min
an avg of one cube per 1h40min

46L usa pils
23L kolsch
23L aussie wheat
23L aussie mid strength
23L milk o stout

i was useing a 50L HLT/38L mush tun/70L boiling pot on a 3 tier gravity feed system

It was a big day but good to see the cube pile a bit bigger as I have 8 empty kegs after xmas festivities.

224L of yummy beer, it took over 9 hours. I need a bigger HLT and more power to run it to shorten the day a bit. But I don't think I'll need to do it again.

Only ever done a single biab brew... but I make that brew count

Just put 60L of Galaxy Summer Ale to ferment... then turned around, rebrewed, and filled the same 4 cubes (17L each) with a CPA Clone

68L knock-out... but 120L of beer 'made' in a single day

When I finish my new 100L mash tun, then I'll be able to pipeline the brews

This is a great effort. The ammount of L can depend on the size of your equipment. But here you have done 5 brews in a row. Im impressed, the most i can manage is 2. Sometimes i think after 2 why not do another, but then i have another beer and forget about that silly idea. 2 Batchs in 1 day is enough for me. Maybe one day ill do 3.

I assumed it was 23l a week (5 gallons in the old scale) given thats the standard fermenter size.

I regularly put 2 batches in a week and have always thought I was in breach of a draconian law

I remember reading on here quite a while back that there was no volume rule. It was as long as it was for personal consumption, and you were not selling any.
