I managed to get about 120g dried POR flowers of my first year plant so far and more to come.
The aroma/flavour is not very distinct but its quite bitter.
So I wanted to make an extract brew only with these POR flowers.

Thought about a simple APA:

2.5kg LDME
200g Carapils steeped
250g Medium crystal malt steeped
20g POR flowers 60min
15g POR flowers 30min
10g POR flowers 20min
10g POR flowers 10min
10g POR flowers dry hopping in secondary
US-05

Should get my anything around 30-40 IBU if I boil a kg of LDME in 10l with these hop additions depending on the %aa.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I would be inclined use Coopers bottle yeast (make a starter first), fermented low (18C) to keep bubble gums down.

I tried a very similar ale and found the PoR to be too upfront with the US-05 yeast. PoR has it's place, but IMO it's not the most pleasant for late additions/aroma... then again I've only used pellets, flowers may not be as potent.
