What Specility Grain?

There is a topic that was started a few weeks ago, about the best 5 or 6 specialty grains to stockpile. But for the life of me I cannot find it.

If anyone could post a link to it for me, it would be appreciated.


Failing that, I guess the question still stands.
Apart from my basic Pale/pils/wheat base malts, what speciality malts would be good to stockpile that will cover a good range of ales.

the most common specialties that I would stockpile

crystal (dark and light), munich, chocolate malt, vienna, carapils (if you can call half of those specialties :))

Carapils - 3 EBC
Carahell - 26 EBC
Crystal - 145 EBC
Dark Crystal - 250 EBC
Caraaroma - 350 EBC
Pale Chocolate - 550 EBC
Chocolate - 800 EBC
Carafa Special II - 1100 EBC
Roast Barley - 1300 EBC
