I say blend the ones you are unsure about between eachother e.g. the galaxy and Pils issue. Then you will know specifically what is in it.

Might turn out to present a corker of a beer!

Dyscalculia? Or too tight to buy scales?

A kilogram is an arbitrary measurement, as is "a bucket". I know I get 1.050 wort out of 1 bucket in one batch. If I want more or less gravity, I adjust up and down accordingly. Works for me. Spec malts go in by the pint glass or "handful" as the case may be. I once heard that a largish micro (maybe it was Bluetongue?) used to measure their grain in "tips" of the hopper.

Was it you or Pedro who got caught feeding the chooks the other day?
