What Should I Brew This Weekend

Hey all i was at the melbourne beerfest and have decided that theres no beer i dont enjoy

please post you favorite recipe and a description about it and why i should brew it

i will post up the one I choose and a give regular updates on its progress

Unfortunatly beers with cascade or hellatau hops will get preference as i have plenty on hand, that being said craftbrewer is only a website away

Hi berazafi,

what about to make a special Corn/Rice/Pils ?

it was supposed to be a Corona Clone, but in the end it taste much better then any Corona beer.

A short description for 60l of beer:

6kg Pilsener Malt
3kg Corn
2kg Rice

60g Hallertauer Hops 6,9%
