What Sanitiser To Use

I don't use any chemical sanitizers and never have infected brews.

I'm pretty nifty with boiling water though - two, 2L kettles worth in the fermenter each time shaken till a nasty pressure steam jet fires out the airlock hole. I leave it for 5 minutes and then run it though the tap.

No chemicals, no bugs. I also only use hot tap water for cleaning (already clean) bottles.
