Hi Im planning on doing a 100 litre brew Im wondering about what hops to use Im using
16kgs pale malt
7kg traditional malt
Use 80gr Chinook as the bittering 60 mts boil
50gr P.O.R as flavouring 30 mt boil
and 50gr Tettnagner for aroma 10 mt boil
Using promash i should end up with around 35 IBU
How does that sound?Any advice would be appreciated I dont want to stuff up 100litres but so far all results is drinkable
Previous Ive used P.O.R as my bittering and Tettnagner for flavouring and aroma which we are quite happy with

I'd be using the POR for bittering considering they have pretty minimal flavouring properties. The Chinook would be a better for flavouring.

I'd agree with Devo, move the POR to bittering.

I would combine your chinook and tettnanger for aroma and flavour.

I'd also reduce your flavour and aroma times.

10 minute boil will pretty much kill of any of the aroma properties I think.

30 minutes will make it more a bittering addition. I would move that down to 10 or 15 minutes myself.

I pretty much put all my aroma hops in at the end, or when dry hopping, but that's another method.
