Hi all
I've had a nearly year long break and have a bag of grain that I ordered from craftbrewer nearly a year ago that I have no idea what recipe it was for. I can find the grain bill with my order history, so here it is:
2.5kg Pale pilsner (Barrett Burston) (50%)
2kg Munich II (Weyermann) (40%)
500g Melanoidin (Weyermann) (10%)
1kg light dry malt
Hops, I have a few to choose from, but happy to get more if there's a ripper recipe I need to try. They've all been sealed and stored in the freezer:
40g Amarillo 8.4%
40g Chinook 12.5%
20g Motueka 6.9%
15g Fuggles 4.9%
90g Hallertau tradition 4.4%
50ish g Saaz Czech 8%
Any suggestions? I'm thinking with the extra kg of dry malt it might have been going to be something strong, maybe a belgian? I know whenever I do an order I make the recipe in Beermate based on an online recipe that sounds good, then I do the order but somehow when transferring my files between computers my beermate recipes went south, so I'm guessing now and it's been a while.
Any help appreciated
Thanks
Kieren
