Yeah, I can't work out what any of the guys are wearing - it was meant to be a Back to School party. Well, that's what my nephew told me when he arrived to pick up the keg wearing a schoolgirl's skirt :blink: I must say the girls wearing skirts looked a lot better - should have got those pics instead.

FWIW, I wouldn't bother about a lager for the "uneducated masses", too much effort. :p If you're keen on doing an AG brew I reckon you want a tasty easy drinking session brew that isn't OTT with the hops. :D An aussie pale ale would be fine, but you might like to try my Philsale that I had in the xmas case.

Pumpy, your recipe looks really top. I found galaxy adds a nice sweetness that would appeal to young'ns, but all the 21 yr olds I know would pretty much drink anything anyway, although they might favour <25 IBU and <10 EBC...

Thanks BB I am trying to use some of the grain I have and I picked up a bag of the B&B from Craftbrewer $40 bag & looking forward to using I have not heard a bad word about it .

i will drop the IBU

Just to report back

The 21st Aussie ale tasted great went down really well .
I would make some more very drinkable

here is the recipe

well they drank four kegs of what was in the beer fridge even the Saison .

Someone spiked my Tequila with something perhaps more Tequila .
