Simon Bretherton, former head brewer of Little Creatures, will be the guest speaker. The topic of discussion for this last 2007
Continuing Education Series program will be "Hops: Improving the impact in American-style Pale Ales"

I'm sure Simon will enlighten us on the importance of hops in this popular style of beer.
