Just throwing out a possibilty,

if anyone has spare taps they don't require surplus to needs

I'm trying to set up for kegs, limited on funds ( reasonable prices please )

You would have to work out the US conversion rate to see if it's worth buying from the US ATM.
I've used Brewers Discount on many occasions with good service always.The dollar makes it $54.00 Aus.

Thats my current solution until i feel the need to upgrade to exterior taps. They do the job perfectly. The only gripe I have with them is they are a struggle if you want to increase your carbonation as it throws your balance out completly. Howvever, If you are brewing ales with low carbination there are definitely no issues there!
