For those that live in Melbourne near Burwood, I was just at K-Mart and they have restocked all of their Kits.
Useby date on most of them is late 2011 - I looked on the bottom of the cans. I have been told that freshness is the key when using Kits.

Picked up a Canadian Blonde Kit to try an Brew Enhancer 1.

Nice one Digger11!

Yeah Paul the HomeBrew guy from Coopers says "fresh kits + good temp controll + good sanitation" are the keys to making good home brew kits! :)

Good idea Digger.

I put down a Coopers Blonde, BE1 the other day. I dry hopped 30g of Amarillo after fermentation was finished and left them in for about 5 days. A nice summer gargler that came good quickly (about two weeks in the bottle if I remember).
